Конспект зачетного урока по английскому языку №1.

Класс – 7 «а»

Тема: How to become famous?

Тип урока: комбинированный.

Цель: Продолжение знакомства учеников с лексикой по теме «Есть ли у тебя пример для подражания?»

Задачи: 1) Знакомство учеников с биографиями знаменитых людей, с их путями к славе.

2) Развитие навыков чтения, памяти и логического мышления. Развитие фонетических навыков, совершенствование навыков диалогической речи.

3) Воспитание уважения к знаменитым людям, их деятельности и её результатам. Оборудование: 1) УМК Английский язык: учеб. Для 7 кл./ В.П.Кузовлев, Н.М. Лапа, Э.Ш. Перегудова и др. – 7-е изд. – М.: Просвещение, 2007. – 319с.

- Good morning, children

-Sit down, please. Who is on duty today?

-Who is absent today?
-What day is it today?

- What date is it today? Open your ex.books and write down today’s date.


- Good morning our teacher.

Alex: I’m on duty today.
Alex: Kate, Misha and Olya are absent today.

Nastya: Today is Saturday.

Ksusha: today is the 5th of March.

2. Фонетическая зарядка

-Let’s read a tongue twister about Doris. Repeat after me:

Dauntless Doris does a dozen dives daily.

- OK, now read it one by one. Vika, begin please.

- Kostya?

- Alex?


- Thank you.



All together: Dauntless Doris does a dozen dives daily.

Vika: Dauntless Doris does a dozen dives daily.

Kostya: Dauntless Doris does a dozen dives daily.

Alex: Dauntless Doris does a dozen dives daily.

3. Речевая зарядка.

- And now let’s play a game “Snowball”. Your task is to remember as many words as you can. I say: I will be a teacher. Next pupil should say: I will be a teacher and add his own profession, the next – these two professions and a new one and so on. The pupil who names all professions will be the winner. Let’s start, I will be a teacher.


- OK, the winners are Nastya and Ksusha.

Nastya: I will be a teacher and a doctor.

Alex: I will be a teacher, a doctor and a cosmonaut.

Vika: I will be a teacher, a doctor, a cosmonaut and a ballet dancer.

Alesya: I will be a teacher, a doctor, a cosmonaut, a ballet dancer and an actress.

Kostya: I will be a teacher, a doctor, a cosmonaut, a ballet dancer, an actress and a musician.

1. Проверка д/з.

- Your home task was to learn words, which help us to express our opinion. Take sheets of paper and write down English equivalents for Russian words: на самом деле; да, возможно; боюсь я не могу согласиться; правильно; в определенной степени да; я думаю что; я понимаю что ты имеешь ввиду ; конечно; с другой стороны; я не понимаю почему.

- That is all, give me your works.

You also had to make up mini dialogues, work in pairs the pupils of the 1st variant ask, the 2nd – answer.


Пишут словарный диктант.
Работают в парах.

- Today we are going to read texts about different ways of getting fame. Open your books on p.163- 165. There are 3 texts, divide yourself into 3 groups. The 1st will read text A, the 2nd – B, the 3rd – C. You should write out new words, translate them and to choose the best title for the story. You have 10 minutes.

- OK, your time is over. Look through the text once again and write down the information you’ve read in the table on p.165. You have 5 minutes.

- OK, let’s check your answers. The 1st group read us your titles, please.


- Well, the best title is the man who wanted people to laugh.
- The 2nd group, what’s your best title?


- Thank you. And what about the last text?

I agree with you.
Open your notebooks and write down home task – to retail your text using phrases from the box on p.165.

Well, what have you learnt today?

OK, thank you for your work; our lesson is over, good bye.
